Then they said to Jeremiah, Jehovah be a true and faithful witness amongst us, if we do not according to all the word wherewith Jehovah thy God shall send thee to us.

Then they¹ saidª° to¹ Jeremiah,ª The LORDª be¹ a trueª and faithfulª° witnessª between us, if¹ we doª° not¹ even¹ according to all¹ thingsª for the which¹ the LORDª thy Godª shall sendª° thee to¹ us.

Then they¹ saydª° to¹ Ieremiah,ª The LORDª be¹ a trueª and faithfullª° witnesseª betweene vs, if¹ we doeª° not,¹ euen¹ according to all¹ thingsª for the which¹ the LORDª thy Godª shall sendª° thee to¹ vs.

And they said to Jeremiah{gr.Jeremias}, Let the Lord be between us for a just and faithful witness, if we do not according to every word which the Lord shall send to us.

Then they¹ saidª° to¹ Yirmæyà יִרמְיָה,ª Yähwè יָהוֶהª be¹ a trueª and faithfulª° witnessª between us, if¹ we doª° not¹ even¹ according to all¹ thingsª for the which¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª shall sendª° thee to¹ us.
