Now the pit wherein Ishmael cast all the dead bodies of the men whom he had slain, by the side of Gedaliah (the same was that which Asa the king had made for fear of Baasha king of Israel,) Ishmael the son of Nethaniah filled it with them that were slain.

Now the pitª wherein¹¹ Ishmaelª had castª°¹ all¹ the dead bodiesª of the men,²¹ whom¹ he had slainª° becauseª of Gedaliah,ª [was] it¹ which¹ Asaª the kingª had madeª° for fearª¹ of Baashaª kingª of Israel:ª [and] Ishmaelª the sonª of Nethaniahª filledª° it with [them that were] slain.ª

Now the pitª wherein¹¹ Ishmaelª had castª°¹ all¹ the dead bodiesª of the men²¹ (whom¹ he had slaineª° becauseª of Gedaliah)ª [was] it,¹ which¹ Asaª the kingª had made,ª° for feareª¹ of Baashaª kingª of Israel,ª [and] Ishmaelª the sonneª of Nethaniahª filledª° [it] with them that were slaine.ª

Now the pit into which Ishmael{gr.Ismael} cast all whom he smote, is the great pit, which king Asa had made for fear of Baasha{gr.Baasa} king of Israel: [even] this Ishmael{gr.Ismael} filled with slain men.

Now the pitª wherein¹¹ Yišmä`ë´l יִשׁמָעֵאלª had castª°¹ all¹ the dead bodiesª of the men,²¹ whom¹ he had slainª° becauseª of Gæđalyà גְּדַליָה,ª [was] it¹ which¹ ´Äsä´ אָסָאª the kingª had madeª° for fearª¹ of Ba`šä´ בַּעשָׁאª kingª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל:ª [and] Yišmä`ë´l יִשׁמָעֵאלª the sonª of Næŧanyà נְתַניָהª filledª° it with [them that were] slain.ª
