now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the River, strong and many, [even] the king of Assyria and all his glory: and it shall come up over all its channels, and go over all its banks;

Now therefore,¹ behold,¹ the Lordª bringeth upª° upon¹ them¹ the watersª of the river,ª strongª and many,ª [even]¹ the kingª of Assyria,ª and all¹ his glory:ª and he shall come upª° over¹ all¹ his channels,ª and go¹ over²°¹ all¹ his banks:ª

Now therefore¹ behold,¹ the Lordª bringeth vpª° vpon¹ them¹ the watersª of the riuerª strongª and many,ª [euen]¹ the kingª of Assyria,ª and all¹ his glory:ª and he shall come vpª° ouer¹ all¹ his channels,ª and goe¹ ouer²°¹ all¹ his bankes.ª

therefore, behold, the Lord brings up upon you the water of the river, strong and abundant, [even] the king of the Assyrians, and his glory: and he shall come up over every valley of yours, and shall walk over every wall of yours:

Now therefore,¹ behold,¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª bringeth upª° upon¹ them¹ the watersª of the river,ª strongª and many,ª [even]¹ the kingª of ´Aššûr אַשּׁוּר,ª and all¹ his glory:ª and he shall come upª° over¹ all¹ his channels,ª and go¹ over²°¹ all¹ his banks:ª
