Wherefore Jehovah brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh in chains, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.

Wherefore the LORDª broughtª° upon¹¹ them the captains¹ of² the host ofª the kingª of Assyria,ª which¹ tookª°¹ Manassehª among the thorns,ª and bound¹ him²° with fetters,ª and carried²°¹ him to Babylon.ª
