He wrote also letters, to rail on Jehovah, the God of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of the lands, which have not delivered their people out of my hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of my hand.

He wroteª° also lettersª to railª° on the LORDª Godª of Israel,ª and to speakª° against¹ him, saying,ª° As the godsª of the nationsª of [other] landsª have not¹ deliveredª° their peopleª out of mine hand,ª¹ so¹ shall not¹ the Godª of Hezekiahª deliverª° his peopleª out of mine hand.ª¹

Hee wroteª° also lettersª to raileª° on the LORDª Godª of Israel,ª & to speakeª° against¹ him, saying,ª° As the godsª of the nationsª of [other] landsª haue not¹ deliueredª° their peopleª out of mine hand:ª¹ so¹ shall not¹ the Godª of Hezekiahª deliuerª° his peopleª out of mine hand.ª¹

And he wrote a letter to reproach the Lord God of Israel, and spoke concerning him, saying, As the gods of the nations of the earth have not delivered their people out of my hand, so the God of Hezekiah{gr.Ezekias} shall by no means deliver his people out of my hand.

He wroteª° also lettersª to railª° on Yähwè יָהוֶהª ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,ª and to speakª° against¹ him, saying,ª° As the ´élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of the nationsª of [other] landsª have not¹ deliveredª° their peopleª out of mine hand,ª¹ so¹ shall not¹ the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּהª deliverª° his peopleª out of mine hand.ª¹
