Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea from Syria; and, behold, they are in Hazazon-tamar (the same is En-gedi).

Then there cameª° some that toldª° Jehoshaphat,ª saying,ª° There comethª° a greatª multitudeª against¹ thee from beyondª¹ the seaª on this side Syria;ª¹ and, behold,¹ they [be] in Hazazontamar,ª which¹ [is] Engedi.ª

Then there cameª° some that toldeª° Iehoshaphat,ª saying,ª° There commethª° a greatª multitudeª against¹ thee from beyondª¹ the Seaª on this side Syria,ª¹ and behold,¹ they [bee] in Hazazon-Tamar,ª which¹ [is] En-gedi.ª

And they came and told Jehoshaphat{gr.Josaphat}, saying, There is come against thee a great multitude from Syria, from beyond the sea; and, behold, they are in Asasan Tamar{gr.Thamar}, this is Engadi.

Then there cameª° some that toldª° Yæhôšäfäţ יְהוֹשָׁפָט,ª saying,ª° There comethª° a greatª multitudeª against¹ thee from beyondª¹ the seaª on this side ´Áräm אֲרָם;ª¹ and, behold,¹ they [be] in Çaxæxôn Tämär חַצְצוֹן־תָּמָר,ª which¹ [is] `Ên Geđî עֵין־גֶּדִי.ª
