And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the king of Israel. Therefore they turned about to fight against him: but Jehoshaphat cried out, and Jehovah helped him; and God moved them [to depart] from him.

And it came to pass,¹ when the captainsª of the chariotsª sawª°¹ Jehoshaphat,ª that they¹ said,ª° It¹ [is] the kingª of Israel.ª Therefore they compassed¹ about²°¹ him to fight:ª° but Jehoshaphatª cried out,ª° and the LORDª helpedª° him; and Godª movedª° them [to depart] from¹ him.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat{gr.Josaphat}, that they said, It is the king of Israel: and they compassed him about to fight against him: and Jehoshaphat{gr.Josaphat} cried out, and the Lord delivered him; and God turned them away from him.

And it came to pass,¹ when the captainsª of the chariotsª sawª°¹ Yæhôšäfäţ יְהוֹשָׁפָט,ª that they¹ said,ª° It¹ [is] the kingª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל.ª Therefore they compassed¹ about²°¹ him to fight:ª° but Yæhôšäfäţ יְהוֹשָׁפָטª cried out,ª° and Yähwè יָהוֶהª helpedª° him; and ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª movedª° them [to depart] from¹ him.
