And they arose out of Midian, and came to Paran; and they took men with them out of Paran, and they came to Egypt, unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, who gave him a house, and appointed him victuals, and gave him land.

And they aroseª° out of Midian,ª¹ and cameª° to Paran:ª and they tookª° men²¹ with¹ them out of Paran,ª¹ and they cameª° to Egypt,ª unto¹ Pharaohª kingª of Egypt;ª which gaveª° him an house,ª and appointedª° him victuals,ª and gaveª° him land.ª

And there rise up men out of the city of Midian{gr.Madiam}, and they come to Paran{gr.Pharan}, and take men with them, and come to Pharaoh{gr.Pharao} king of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}: and Hadad{gr.Ader} went in to Pharaoh{gr.Pharao}, and he gave him a house, and appointed him provision.

And they aroseª° out of Miđyän מִדיָן,ª¹ and cameª° to Pä´rän פָּארָן:ª and they tookª° men²¹ with¹ them out of Pä´rän פָּארָן,ª¹ and they cameª° to Mixrayim מִצרַיִם,ª unto¹ Par`ò פַּרעֹהª kingª of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם;ª which gaveª° him an house,ª and appointedª° him victuals,ª and gaveª° him land.ª
