And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed be Jehovah this day, who hath given unto David a wise son over this great people.

And it came to pass,¹ when Hiramª heardª°¹ the wordsª of Solomon,ª that he rejoicedª° greatly,ª and said,ª° Blessedª° [be] the LORDª this day,ª which¹ hath givenª° unto Davidª a wiseª sonª over¹ this¹ greatª people.ª

And it came to passe¹ when Hiramª heardª°¹ the wordesª of Solomon,ª that hee reioycedª° greatly,ª and said,ª° Blessedª° be the LORDª this day,ª which¹ hath giuenª° vnto Dauidª a wiseª sonneª ouer¹ this¹ greatª people.ª

And it came to pass, as soon as Huram{gr.Chiram} heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed [be] God to-day, who has given to David a wise son over this numerous people.

And it came to pass,¹ when Çîräm חִירָםª heardª°¹ the wordsª of Šælömò שְׁלֹמֹה,ª that he rejoicedª° greatly,ª and said,ª° Blessedª° [be] Yähwè יָהוֶהª this day,ª which¹ hath givenª° unto Däwiđ דָּוִדª a wiseª sonª over¹ this¹ greatª people.ª
