And David said to Abner, Art not thou a [valiant] man? and who is like to thee in Israel? wherefore then hast thou not kept watch over thy lord the king? for there came one of the people in to destroy the king thy lord.

And Davidª saidª° to¹ Abner,ª [Art] not¹ thou¹ a [valiant] man?ª and who¹ [is] like to thee¹ in Israel?ª wherefore¹ then hast thou not¹ keptª°¹ thy lordª the king?ª for¹ there cameª° oneª of the peopleª in to destroyª°¹ the kingª thy lord.ª

And Dauidª saidª° to¹ Abner,ª [Art] not¹ thou¹ a valiant man?ª and who¹ [is] like to thee¹ in Israel?ª Wherefore¹ then hast thou not¹ keptª°¹ thy lordª the king?ª for¹ there cameª° oneª of the peopleª in, to destroyª°¹ the kingª thy lord.ª

And David said to Abner{gr.Abenner}, [Art] not thou a man? and who [is] like thee in Israel? Why then dost thou not guard thy lord the king? for one out of the people went in to destroy thy lord the king.

And Däwiđ דָּוִדª saidª° to¹ ´Avnër אַבנֵר,ª [Art] not¹ thou¹ a [valiant] man?ª and who¹ [is] like to thee¹ in Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל?ª wherefore¹ then hast thou not¹ keptª°¹ thy ´áđôn אֲדוֹןª the king?ª for¹ there cameª° oneª of the peopleª in to destroyª°¹ the kingª thy ´áđôn אֲדוֹן.ª
