Then Samuel told the people the manner of the kingdom, and wrote it in a book, and laid it up before Jehovah. And Samuel sent all the people away, every man to his house.

Then Samuelª toldª°¹ the peopleª¹ the mannerª of the kingdom,ª and wroteª° [it] in a book,ª and laid [it] up²°¹ beforeª the LORD.ª And Samuelª sentª°¹ all¹ the peopleª away,²° every manª to his house.ª
