And they said, If ye send away the ark of the God of Israel, send it not empty; but by all means return him a trespass-offering: then ye shall be healed, and it shall be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.

And they said,ª° If¹ ye send awayª°¹ the arkª of the Godª of Israel,ª sendª° it not¹ empty;ª but¹ in any wise²° returnª° him a trespass offering:ª then¹ ye shall be healed,ª° and it shall be knownª° to you why¹ his handª is not¹ removedª° from¹ you.

And they said,ª° If¹ yee send awayª°¹ the Arkeª of the Godª of Israel,ª sendª° it not¹ empty:ª but¹ in any wise²° returneª° him a trespasse offring:ª then¹ ye shall be healed,ª° and it shall be knowenª° to you, why¹ his handª is not¹ remoouedª° from¹ you.

And they said, If ye send away the ark of the covenant of the Lord God of Israel, do not on any account send it away empty, but by all means render to it an offering for the plague; and then shall ye be healed, and an atonement shall be made for you: should not his hand be [thus] stayed from off you?

And they said,ª° If¹ ye send awayª°¹ the arkª of the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,ª sendª° it not¹ empty;ª but¹ in any wise²° returnª° him a trespass offering:ª then¹ ye shall be healed,ª° and it shall be knownª° to you why¹ his handª is not¹ removedª° from¹ you.
