And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore are we turned again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight with the children of Ammon; and thou shalt be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

And the eldersª of Gileadª saidª° unto¹ Jephthah,ª Therefore¹ we turn againª° to¹ thee now,¹ that thou mayest goª° with¹ us, and fightª° against the childrenª of Ammon,ª and be¹ our headª over all¹ the inhabitantsª° of Gilead.ª

And the Eldersª of Gileadª saidª° vnto¹ Iephthah,ª Therefore¹ we turne againeª° to¹ thee now,¹ that thou mayest goª° with¹ vs, and fightª° against the childrenª of Ammon,ª and bee¹ our headª ouer all¹ the inhabitantsª° of Gilead.ª

And the elders of Gilead{gr.Galaad} said to Jephthah{gr.Jephthae}, Therefore have we now turned to thee, that thou shouldest go with us, and fight against the sons of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead{gr.Galaad}.

And the eldersª of Gil`äđ גִּלעָדª saidª° unto¹ Yiftäç יִפתָּח,ª Therefore¹ we turn againª° to¹ thee now,¹ that thou mayest goª° with¹ us, and fightª° against the childrenª of `Ammôn עַמּוֹן,ª and be¹ our headª over all¹ the inhabitantsª° of Gil`äđ גִּלעָד.ª
