If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, that will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and, though they chasten him, will not hearken unto them;

If¹ a manª have¹ a stubbornª° and rebelliousª° son,ª which will not¹ obeyª° the voiceª of his father,ª or the voiceª of his mother,ª and [that], when they have chastenedª° him, will not¹ hearkenª° unto¹ them:

If¹ a manª haue¹ a stubborneª° and rebelliousª° sonne,ª which will not¹ obeyª° the voiceª of his father,ª or the voiceª of his mother,ª and that when they haue chastenedª° him, wil not¹ hearkenª° vnto¹ them:

And if any man has a disobedient and contentious son, who hearkens not to the voice of his father and the voice of his mother, and they should correct him, and he should not hearken to them;
