If one be found slain in the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath smitten him;

If¹ [one] be foundª° slainª in the landª which¹ the LORDª thy Godª givethª° thee to possessª° it, lyingª° in the field,ª [and] it be not¹ knownª° who¹ hath slainª° him:

If¹ [one] bee foundª° slaineª in the lande,ª which¹ the LORDª thy Godª giuethª° thee to possesseª° it, lyingª° in the fielde,ª [and] it bee not¹ knowenª° who¹ hath slaineª° him:

And if one be found slain with the sword in the land, which the Lord thy God gives thee to inherit, having fallen in the field, and they do not know who has smitten [him];

If¹ [one] be foundª° slainª in the landª which¹ Yähwè יָהוֶהª thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª givethª° thee to possessª° it, lyingª° in the field,ª [and] it be not¹ knownª° who¹ hath slainª° him:
