And Jehovah said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? Or who maketh [a man] dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, Jehovah?

And the LORDª saidª° unto¹ him, Who¹ hath madeª° man'sª mouth?ª or¹ who¹ makethª° the dumb,ª or¹ deaf,ª or¹ the seeing,ª or¹ the blind?ª have not¹ I¹ the LORD?ª

And the LORDª saidª° vnto¹ him, Who¹ hath madeª° mansª mouth?ª or¹ who¹ makethª° the dumbeª or¹ deafe,ª or¹ the seeing,ª or¹ ye blind?ª haue not¹ I¹ the LORD?ª

And the Lord said to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, Who has given a mouth to man, and who has made the very hard of hearing, and the deaf, the seeing and the blind? have not I, God?
