And Jehovah said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people that are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;

And the LORDª said,ª° I have surely²° seenª°¹ the afflictionª of my peopleª which¹ [are] in Egypt,ª and have heardª° their cryª by reason² of¹¹ their taskmasters;ª° for¹ I knowª°¹ their sorrows;ª

And the LORDª said,ª° I haue surely²° seeneª°¹ the afflictionª of my peopleª which¹ are in Egypt,ª and haue heardª° their crie,ª by reason² of¹¹ their taske-masters:ª° for¹ I knowª°¹ their sorrowes,ª

And the Lord said to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, I have surely seen the affliction of my people that is in Mizraim{gr.Egypt}, and I have heard their cry [caused] by their task-masters; for I know their affliction.

And Yähwè יָהוֶהª said,ª° I have surely²° seenª°¹ the afflictionª of my peopleª which¹ [are] in Mixrayim מִצרַיִם,ª and have heardª° their cryª by reason² of¹¹ their taskmasters;ª° for¹ I knowª°¹ their sorrows;ª
