And when the money was all spent in the land of Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came unto Joseph, and said, Give us bread: for why should we die in thy presence? for [our] money faileth.

And when moneyª failedª° in the landª¹ of Egypt,ª and in the landª¹ of Canaan,ª all¹ the Egyptiansª cameª° unto¹ Joseph,ª and said,ª° Giveª° us bread:ª for why¹ should we dieª° in thy presence?¹ for¹ the moneyª faileth.ª°

And when moneyª failedª° in the landª¹ of Egypt,ª and in the landª¹ of Canaan,ª all¹ the Egyptiansª cameª° vnto¹ Ioseph,ª and said,ª° Giueª° vs bread:ª for why¹ should we dieª° in thy presence?¹ for¹ the moneyª faileth.ª°

And all the money failed out of the land of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}, and out of the land of Canaan{gr.Chanaan}; and all the Mizraimites{gr.Egyptians} came to Joseph, saying, Give us bread, and why do we die in thy presence? for our money is spent.

And when moneyª failedª° in the landª¹ of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם,ª and in the landª¹ of Cænä`an כְּנָעַן,ª all¹ the Mixrîm מִצרִיםª cameª° unto¹ Yôsëf יוֹסֵף,ª and said,ª° Giveª° us bread:ª for why¹ should we dieª° in thy presence?¹ for¹ the moneyª faileth.ª°
