that ye shall say, Thy servants have been keepers of cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.

That ye shall say,ª° Thy servants'ª trade²¹ hath been¹ about cattleª from our youthª¹ even until¹ now,¹ both¹ we,¹ [and] also¹ our fathers:ª that¹ ye may dwellª° in the landª of Goshen;ª for¹ every¹ shepherdªª° [is] an abominationª unto the Egyptians.ª

That ye shall say,ª° Thy seruantsª trade²¹ hath bene¹ about cattell,ª from our youthª¹ euen vntill¹ now,¹ both¹ we,¹ and also¹ our fathers:ª that¹ ye may dwellª° in the landª of Goshen;ª for¹ euery¹ shepheardªª° is an abominationª vnto the Egyptians.ª

Ye shall say, We thy servants are herdsmen from our youth until now, both we and our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen{gr.Gesem} of Arabia, for every shepherd is an abomination to the Mizraimites{gr.Egyptians}.

That ye shall say,ª° Thy servants'ª trade²¹ hath been¹ about cattleª from our youthª¹ even until¹ now,¹ both¹ we,¹ [and] also¹ our fathers:ª that¹ ye may dwellª° in the landª of Göšen גֹּשֶׁן;ª for¹ every¹ shepherdªª° [is] an abominationª unto the Mixrîm מִצרִים.ª
