Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe for the earth and for the sea: because the devil is gone down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.

Thereforeªª rejoice,ª° [ye] heavens,ª andª ye that dwellª° inª them.ª Woeª to the¹ inhabiters²°¹ of the¹ earthª andª of the¹ sea!ª forª the¹ devilª is come downª° untoª you,ª havingª° greatª wrath,ª because he knowethª° thatª he hathª° but a shortª time.ª

Wherefore let the heavens be glad, And those who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and to the sea! Because the deceiver hath gone down to you, Having great indignation, Knowing that little time is to him.

Therefore, be joyful, O heaven, and ye that dwell there. Woe to the earth, and to the sea; for the Deceiver hath come down to you, being in great wrath since he knoweth that his time is short.

διὰ τοῦτο εὐφραίνεσθε, οὐρανοὶ καὶ οἱ ἐν αὐτοῖς σκηνοῦντες: οὐαὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ τὴν θάλασσαν, ὅτι κατέβη ὁ διάβολος πρὸς ὑμᾶς, ἔχων θυμὸν μέγαν, εἰδὼς ὅτι ὀλίγον καιρὸν ἔχει.

Through to-the-one-this ye-should-be-goodly-centered skies and the-ones in unto-them en-tenting; a-woe to-the-one to-a-soil and to-the-one to-a-sea, to-which-a-one it-had-stepped-down, the-one casted-through, toward to-ye holding to-a-passion to-great, having-had-come-to-see to-which-a-one to-little to-a-time it-holdeth.
