And no one in the heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the book, or to look thereon.

And no one was able, in heaven above, nor upon earth, nor under the earth, to open the book, or to inspect it.

καὶ οὐδεὶς ἐδύνατο ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ οὐδὲ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς οὐδὲ ὑποκάτω τῆς γῆς ἀνοῖξαι τὸ βιβλίον οὔτε βλέπειν αὐτό.

And not-moreover-one it-was-abling in unto-the-one unto-a-sky not-moreover upon of-the-one of-a-soil not-moreover under-down-unto-which of-the-one of-a-soil to-have-opened-up to-the-one to-a-paperlet not-also to-view to-it.
