Hereby we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and do his commandments.

Byª thisª we knowª° thatª we loveª° the¹ childrenª of God,ª whenª we loveª° God,ª andª keepª° his²¹ commandments.ª

Byª thisª wee knowª° thatª wee loueª° the¹ childrenª of God,ª whenª we loueª° Godª andª keepeª° his²¹ commandements.ª

And by this we know that we love the children of Aloha, when we love Aloha, and work his commandments.

And by this we know, that we love the children of God, when we love God, and follow his commandments.

ἐν τούτῳ γινώσκομεν ὅτι ἀγαπῶμεν τὰ τέκνα τοῦ θεοῦ, ὅταν τὸν θεὸν ἀγαπῶμεν καὶ τὰς ἐντολὰς αὐτοῦ ποιῶμεν:
