For we did not follow cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

Forª we have²° notª followedª° cunningly devisedª° fables,ª when we made knownª° unto youª the¹ powerª andª comingª of ourª Lordª Jesusª Christ,ª butª wereª° eyewitnessesª of hisª majesty.ª

Forª wee haue²° notª followedª° cunningly deuisedª° fables,ª when wee made knowenª° vnto youª the¹ powerª andª commingª of ourª Lordª Iesusª Christ,ª butª wereª° eye witnessesª of hisª Maiestie.ª

For it is not after fables which are made with art that we have gone, in making known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, but as we were spectators of his majesty.

For we have not gone after fables artfully framed, in making known to you the power and advent of our Lord Jesus the Messiah; but [it was] after we had been spectators of his majesty.

οὐ γὰρ σεσοφισμένοις μύθοις ἐξακολουθήσαντες ἐγνωρίσαμεν ὑμῖν τὴν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ δύναμιν καὶ παρουσίαν, ἀλλ' ἐπόπται γενηθέντες τῆς ἐκείνου μεγαλειότητος.

Not therefore unto-having-had-come-to-be-wisdomed-to unto-relatings having-pathed-along-out-unto we-acquainted-to unto-ye to-the-one of-the-one of-Authority-belonged of-us of-an-Iesous of-Anointed to-an-ability and to-a-being-beside-unto, other beholders-upon having-been-became of-the-one of-the-one-thither of-a-great-belongness.
