Behold, we call them blessed that endured: ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord, how that the Lord is full of pity, and merciful.

Behold,ª° we count them happyª° which endure.ª° Ye have heardª° of the¹ patienceª of Job,ª andª have seenª° the¹ endª of the Lord;ª thatª the¹ Lordª isª° very pitiful,ª andª of tender mercy.ª

Beholde,ª° wee count them happieª° which endure.ª° Ye haue heardª° of the¹ patienceª of Iob,ª andª haue seeneª° the¹ endª of the Lord:ª thatª the¹ Lordª isª° very pitifullª andª of tender mercie.ª

For, behold, we give blessedness to them who have endured. You have heard of the patience of Iob, and the end which the Lord wrought for him you have seen; because that merciful is the Lord and compassionate.

For lo, we ascribe blessedness to them who have borne suffering. Ye have heard of the patience of Job; and ye have seen the result which the Lord wrought for him: for the Lord is merciful and compassionate.

ἰδοὺ μακαρίζομεν τοὺς ὑπομείναντας: τὴν ὑπομονὴν Ἰὼβ ἠκούσατε, καὶ τὸ τέλος Κυρίου εἴδετε, ὅτι πολύσπλαγχνός ἐστιν ὁ κύριος καὶ οἰκτίρμων.

Thou-should-have-had-seen, we-bless-to to-the-ones to-having-stayed-under; to-the-one to-a-staying-under of-an-Iob ye-heard, and to-the-one to-a-finish of-Authority-belonged ye-had-seen, to-which-a-one much-boweled it-be the-one Authority-belonged and sympathied-of.
