whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. What is your life? For ye are a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

and they know not what shall be on the morrow: for what is our life, but a vapour which for a little while is seen, and vanisheth and endeth?

οἵτινες οὐκ ἐπίστασθε τῆς αὔριον ποία ἡ ζωὴ ὑμῶν: ἀτμὶς γάρ ἐστε πρὸς ὀλίγον φαινομένη, ἔπειτα καὶ ἀφανιζομένη:

which-ones not ye-stand-upon of-the-one to-morrow whither-belonged the-one a-lifing of-ye; a-mist therefore ye-be toward to-little being-manifested upon-if-to-the-ones and being-un-manifisted-to.
