For such a high priest became us, holy, guileless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Forª suchª an high priestª becameª° us,ª [who is] holy,ª harmless,ª undefiled,ª separateª° fromª sinners,ª andª madeª° higher¹ than² the¹ heavens;ª

Forª suchª an high Priestª becameª° vs,ª [who is] holy,ª harmelesse,ª vndefiled,ª separateª° fromª sinners,ª andª madeª° higher¹ then² the¹ heauens.ª

For such an High Priest as this was adequate for us; pure, and without evil, and without spot; who was separate from sins, and exalted higher than heaven.

For, a priest like to him, was also suitable for us; one pure, and without evil and without stain; one separated from sins, and exalted higher than heaven;

Τοιοῦτος γὰρ ἡμῖν [καὶ] ἔπρεπεν ἀρχιερεύς, ὅσιος, ἄκακος, ἀμίαντος, κεχωρισμένος ἀπὸ τῶν ἁμαρτωλῶν, καὶ ὑψηλότερος τῶν οὐρανῶν γενόμενος:

The-one-unto-the-one-this therefore unto-us [and] it-was-befitting a-first-sacreder-of, pure, un-disrupted, un-stainable, having-had-come-to-be-spaced-to off of-the-ones of-un-adjusted-along, and more-overed-of of-the-ones of-skies having-had-became;
