Therefore we have been comforted: And in our comfort we joyed the more exceedingly for the joy of Titus, because his spirit hath been refreshed by you all.

Thereforeªª we were comfortedª° inª yourª comfort:ª yea, andª exceedinglyª the moreª joyed¹ we²° forª the¹ joyª of Titus,ª becauseª hisª spiritª was refreshedª° byª youª all.ª

For this cause we were consoled, and with our consolation more abundantly did we rejoice in the joy of Titos; because his spirit had been refreshed with you all.

Wherefore we were comforted; and with our consolation, we were the more joyful for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all:

διὰ τοῦτο παρακεκλήμεθα. Ἐπὶ δὲ τῇ παρακλήσει ἡμῶν περισσοτέρως μᾶλλον ἐχάρημεν ἐπὶ τῇ χαρᾷ Τίτου, ὅτι ἀναπέπαυται τὸ πνεῦμα αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ πάντων ὑμῶν:

Through to-the-one-this we-had-come-to-be-called-beside-unto. Upon moreover unto-the-one unto-a-calling-beside of-us unto-more-abouted more-such we-had-been-joyed upon unto-the-one unto-a-joy of-a-Titos, to-which-a-one it-had-come-to-be-ceased-up, the-one a-currenting-to of-it, off of-all of-ye;
