And putting to sea from thence, we sailed under the lee of Cyprus, because the winds were contrary.

And²° when we had launched²° from thence,ª¹ we sailed underª° Cyprus,ª because² the¹ windsª wereª° contrary.ª

And²° when we had lanched²° from thence,ª¹ we sailed vnderª° Cyprus,ª because² the¹ windsª wereª° contrary.ª

And from thence we voyaged; and because the winds were contrary we made a circuit unto Cypros.

And on sailing from there, because the winds were against us, we sailed around to Cyprus.

κἀκεῖθεν ἀναχθέντες ὑπεπλεύσαμεν τὴν Κύπρον διὰ τὸ τοὺς ἀνέμους εἶναι ἐναντίους,

And-thither-from having-been-led-up we-floated-under-unto to-the-one to-a-Kupros through to-the-one to-the-ones to-winds to-be to-ever-a-oned-in,
