wherefore also I came without gainsaying, when I was sent for. I ask therefore with what intent ye sent for me.

Thereforeªª came¹ I²° [unto you] without gainsaying,ª as soon as I was sent for:ª° I askª° thereforeª for whatª intentª ye have sent forª° me?ª

Therforeªª came¹ I²° vnto you without gainesaying,ª as soone as I was sent for.ª° I askeª° therefore,ª for whatª intentª ye haue sent forª° me.ª

Wherefore I the more diligently came when you sent for me. But I ask you, on what account you have sent for me?

Therefore I came readily, when ye sent for me. But, I ask you, for what cause did ye send for me?

διὸ καὶ ἀναντιρήτως ἦλθον μεταπεμφθείς. πυνθάνομαι οὖν τίνι λόγῳ μετεπέμψασθέ με.

through-which and unto-un-ever-a-one-utterable I-had-came having-been-dispatched-with. I-ascertain accordingly unto-what-one unto-a-forthee ye-dispatched-with to-me.
