Brethren, I may say unto you freely of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us unto this day.

Menª and brethren,ª let²°¹ me²° freelyªª speakeª° vntoª youª ofª the¹ Patriarchª Dauid,ª thatª he is²° both² deadª°¹ &ª buried,ª° andª hisª sepulchreª isª° withª vsª vntoª thisª day:ª

Men, brethren, suffer me to speak openly with you concerning the chief-father David, that he is dead and also buried, and his sepulchre is with us till this day.

Ἄνδρες ἀδελφοί, ἐξὸν εἰπεῖν μετὰ παρρησίας πρὸς ὑμᾶς περὶ τοῦ πατριάρχου Δαυείδ, ὅτι καὶ ἐτελεύτησεν καὶ ἐτάφη καὶ τὸ μνῆμα αὐτοῦ ἔστιν ἐν ἡμῖν ἄχρι τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης:

Men Brethrened, being-out to-have-had-said with of-an-all-uttering-unto toward to-ye about of-the-one of-first-fathers of-a-Daueid, to-which-a-one and it-finished-of-unto and it-had-been-interred and the-one a-memorying-to of-it it-be in unto-us unto-whilst of-the-one of-a-day of-the-one-this;
