That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his coat about him (for he was naked), and cast himself into the sea.

Thereforeª thatª discipleª whomª Jesusª lovedª° saithª° unto Peter,ª It isª° the¹ Lord.ª Nowª when Simonª Peterª heardª° thatª it wasª° the¹ Lord,ª he girtª° [his] fisher's coatª [unto him], (forª he wasª° naked,)ª andª did castª° himselfª intoª the¹ sea.ª

Thereforeª thatª Discipleª whomeª Iesusª loued,ª° saithª° vnto Peter,ª It isª° the¹ Lord.ª Nowª when Simonª Peterª heardª° thatª it wasª° the¹ Lord,ª he girtª° his fishers coateª vnto him, (forª hee wasª° naked)ª &ª did castª° himselfeª intoª the¹ sea.ª

And that disciple whom Jeshu loved said to Kipha, This is our Lord. But Shemun, when he heard that it was our Lord, took his tunic, and threw it over his loins, for he was naked, and cast himself into the sea to come to Jeshu.

And that disciple whom Jesus loved, said to Cephas That is our Lord. And Simon, when he heard that it was our Lord, took his tunic, and girded his loins, (for he had been naked,) and threw himself into the sea, to go to Jesus.

λέγει οὖν ὁ μαθητὴς ἐκεῖνος ὃν ἠγάπα ὁ Ἰησοῦς τῷ Πέτρῳ Ὁ κύριός ἐστιν. Σίμων οὖν Πέτρος, ἀκούσας ὅτι ὁ κύριός ἐστιν, τὸν ἐπενδύτην διεζώσατο, ἦν γὰρ γυμνός, καὶ ἔβαλεν ἑαυτὸν εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν:

It-fortheth accordingly, the-one a-learner the-one-thither to-which it-was-excessing-off-unto, the-one an-Iesous, unto-the-one unto-a-Petros, The-one Authority-belonged it-be. A-Simon accordingly a-Petros, having-heard to-which-a-one the-one Authority-belonged it-be, to-the-one to-a-sinker-in-upon it-en-girded-through, it-was therefore stripped, and it-had-casted to-self into to-the-one to-a-sea;
