They said therefore unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye know neither me, nor my Father: if ye knew me, ye would know my Father also.

Thenª said¹ they²° unto him,ª Whereª isª° thyª Father?ª Jesusª answered,ª° Ye²° neitherª knowª° me,ª norª myª Father:ª ifª ye had knownª° me,ª² ye should have knownª°¹ myª Fatherª also.²¹

They say to him, Where is thy Father? Jeshu answered and said to them, You know neither me, nor my Father; for if me you had known, my Father also would you have known.

They say to him: Where is thy Father? Jesus replied, and said to them: Ye neither know me nor my Father. If ye had known me, ye would also have known my Father.

ἔλεγον οὖν αὐτῷ Ποῦ ἐστὶν ὁ πατήρ σου; ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς Οὔτε ἐμὲ οἴδατε οὔτε τὸν πατέρα μου: εἰ ἐμὲ ᾔδειτε, καὶ τὸν πατέρα μου ἂν ᾔδειτε.

They-were-forthing accordingly unto-it, Of-whither it-be the-one a-Father of-thee? It-was-separated-off an-Iesous, Not-also to-ME ye-had-come-to-see not-also to-the-one to-a-Father of-me; if to-ME ye-had-come-to-have-seen, and to-the-one to-a-Father of-me ever ye-had-come-to-have-seen.
