And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and wherefore do questionings arise in your heart?

Andª he saidª° unto them,ª Whyª are¹ ye²° troubled?ª° andª whyª do thoughtsª ariseª° inª yourª hearts?ª

Jeshu saith to them, Why are you perturbed, and why arise thoughts in your hearts?

Jesus said to them: Why are ye agitated? And why do imaginations arise in your hearts?

καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Τί τεταραγμένοι ἐστέ, καὶ διὰ τί διαλογισμοὶ ἀναβαίνουσιν ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ ὑμῶν;

And it-had-said unto-them, To-what-one having-had-come-to-be-stirred ye-be, and through to-what-one fortheeings-through-of they-step-up in unto-the-one unto-hearts of-ye?
