And as he said these things, all his adversaries were put to shame: and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

Andª when heª had saidª° these things,ª allª hisª adversariesª° were ashamed:ª° andª allª the¹ peopleª rejoicedª° forª allª the¹ glorious thingsª that were doneª° byª him.ª

And as he said these things, ashamed were all they who had risen up against him; and all the people rejoiced in all these wonders that were done by his hand.

Καὶ ταῦτα λέγοντος αὐτοῦ κατῃσχύνοντο πάντες οἱ ἀντικείμενοι αὐτῷ, καὶ πᾶς ὁ ὄχλος ἔχαιρεν ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τοῖς ἐνδόξοις τοῖς γινομένοις ὑπ' αὐτοῦ.
