And they answering said, John the Baptist; but others [say], Elijah; and others, that one of the old prophets is risen again.

They answered and say to him, Juchanon the Baptizer; and others that (thou art) Elia; but others that a prophet from the former prophets hath arisen.

οἱ δὲ ἀποκριθέντες εἶπαν Ἰωάνην τὸν βαπτιστήν, ἄλλοι δὲ Ἠλείαν, ἄλλοι δὲ ὅτι προφήτης τις τῶν ἀρχαίων ἀνέστη.

The-ones moreover having-been-separated-off they-said, To-an-Ioanes to-the-one to-an-immerser, other moreover to-a-Heleias, other moreover to-which-a-one a-declarer-before a-one of-the-ones of-first-belonged it-had-stood-up.
