And Herod said, John I beheaded: but who is this, about whom I hear such things? And he sought to see him.

Andª Herodª said,ª° Johnª have²° Iª beheaded:ª° butª whoª isª° this,ª ofª whomª Iª hearª° such things?ª Andª he desiredª° to seeª° him.ª

Andª Herodeª said,ª° Iohnª haue²° Iª beheaded:ª° butª whoª isª° thisª ofª whomª Iª heareª° such things?ª Andª hee desiredª° to seeª° him.ª

And Herodes said, The head of Juchanon I have cut off; but who is this of whom I hear these (things)? And he willed to see him.

And Herod said: The head of John, I have cut off; but who is this, of whom I hear these things? And he was desirous to see him.

εἶπεν δὲ [ὁ] Ἡρῴδης Ἰωάνην ἐγὼ ἀπεκεφάλισα: τίς δέ ἐστιν οὗτος περὶ οὗ ἀκούω τοιαῦτα; καὶ ἐζήτει ἰδεῖν αὐτόν.

It-had-said moreover, [the-one] a-Herodes, To-an-Ioanes, I I-headed-off-to; what-one moreover it-be the-one-this about of-which I-hear to-the-ones-unto-the-ones-these? And it-was-seeking-unto to-have-had-seen to-it.
