And he suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go to thy house unto thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and [how] he had mercy on thee.

Howbeitª Jesusª sufferedª° himª not,ª butª saithª° unto him,ª Goª° home²²² to² thy friends,ª¹¹¹¹ andª tellª° themª how great thingsª the¹ Lordª hath doneª° for thee,ª andª hath had compassionª° on thee.ª

But he permitted him not; but said to him, Go to thy house, to thy men, and show them what the Lord hath done for thee, and (how he) hath had mercy on thee.

And he suffered him not, but said to him: Go home to thy people, and tell them what the Lord hath done for thee, and hath compassionated thee.

καὶ οὐκ ἀφῆκεν αὐτόν, ἀλλὰ λέγει αὐτῷ Ὕπαγε εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου πρὸς τοὺς σούς, καὶ ἀπάγγειλον αὐτοῖς ὅσα ὁ κύριός σοι πεποίηκεν καὶ ἠλέησέν σε.

And not it-sent-off to-it, other it-fortheth unto-it, Thou-should-lead-under into to-the-one to-a-house of-thee toward to-the-ones to-thine and thou-should-have-messaged-off unto-them to-which-a-which the-one Authority-belonged unto-thee it-had-come-to-do-unto and it-compassioned-unto to-thee.
