And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?

Andª when heª was comeª° intoª the¹ temple,ª the¹ chief priestsª andª the¹ eldersª of the¹ peopleª cameª° unto himª as he was teaching,ª° and said,ª° Byª whatª authorityª doest¹ thou²° these things?ª andª whoª gaveª° theeª thisª authority?ª

And when Jeshu came to the temple, the chief priests and elders of the people approached him, while he taught, saying to him, By what authority doest thou these things, and who gave thee this authority?

And when Jesus came to the temple, the chief priests and the Elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said to him: By what authority doest thou these things? And who gave thee this authority?

Καὶ ἐλθόντος αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ ἱερὸν προσῆλθαν αὐτῷ διδάσκοντι οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τοῦ λαοῦ λέγοντες Ἐν ποίᾳ ἐξουσίᾳ ταῦτα ποιεῖς; καὶ τίς σοι ἔδωκεν τὴν ἐξουσίαν ταύτην;

And of-having-had-came of-it into to-the-one to-sacred they-came-toward unto-it unto-teaching, the-ones first-sacreders-of and the-ones more-eldered of-the-one of-a-people, forthing, In unto-whither-belonged unto-a-being-out-unto to-the-ones-these thou-do-unto? And what-one unto-thee it-gave to-the-one to-a-being-out-unto to-the-one-this?
