and he saith unto them, It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer: but ye make it a den of robbers.

Andª saidª° unto them,ª It is written,ª° Myª houseª shall be calledª° the houseª of prayer;ª butª yeª have madeª° itª a denª of thieves.ª

and said to them, It is written, that my house shall the house of prayer be called, but ye have made it a den of thieves.

And he said to them: It is written, my house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of robbers.

καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς Γέγραπται Ὁ οἶκός μου οἶκος προσευχῆς κληθήσεται, ὑμεῖς δὲ αὐτὸν ποιεῖτε σπήλαιον ληστῶν.

and it-fortheth unto-them, It-had-come-to-be-scribed, The-one a-house of-me a-house of-a-goodly-holding-toward it-shall-be-called-unto; ye moreover to-it ye-do-unto to-a-cavelet of-robbers.
