And in praying use not vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Προσευχόμενοι δὲ μὴ βατταλογήσητε ὥσπερ οἱ ἐθνικοί, δοκοῦσιν γὰρ ὅτι ἐν τῇ πολυλογίᾳ αὐτῶν εἰσακουσθήσονται:

Goodly-holding-toward moreover lest ye-might-have-chant-fortheed-unto as-very the-ones nation-belonged-of; they-think-unto therefore to-which-a-one in unto-the-one unto-a-much-fortheeing-unto of-them they-shall-be-heard-into;
