Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which Jehovah of hosts had sent by his Spirit by the former prophets: therefore there came great wrath from Jehovah of hosts.

Yea, they madeª° their heartsª [as] an adamant stone,ª lest they should hearª°¹ the¹ law,ª and the wordsª which¹ the LORDª of hostsª hath sentª° in his spiritª byª the formerª prophets:ª therefore came¹ a greatª wrathª from¹¹ the LORDª of hosts.ª
