Then came he unto the gate which looketh toward the east, and went up the steps thereof: and he measured the threshold of the gate, one reed broad; and the other threshold, one reed broad.

Then cameª° he unto¹ the gateª which¹ lookethª towardª the east,ª and went upª° the stairsª thereof, and measuredª°¹ the thresholdª of the gate,ª [which was] oneª reedª broad;ª and the otherª thresholdª [of the gate, which was] oneª reedª broad.ª

Then cameª° hee vnto¹ the gateª which¹ lookethª towardª the East,ª and went vpª° the stairesª thereof, and measuredª°¹ the thresholdª of the gate,ª which was oneª reedª broad,ª and the otherª thresholdª of the gate, which was oneª reedª broad.ª

And he entered by seven steps into the gate that looks eastward, and he measured across the porch of the gate equal to the reed.
