and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: A great eagle with great wings and long pinions, full of feathers, which had divers colors, came unto Lebanon, and took the top of the cedar:

And say,ª° Thus¹ saithª° the Lordª GOD;ª A greatª eagleª with greatª wings,ª longwinged,ªª fullª of feathers,ª which¹ had divers colours,ª cameª° unto¹ Lebanon,ª and tookª°¹ the highest branchª of the cedar:ª

And say,ª° Thus¹ saithª° the Lordª GOD,ª A greatª eagleª with greatª wings,ª long wing'd,ªª fullª of feathers,ª which¹ had diuers colours,ª cameª° vnto¹ Lebanon,ª and tookeª°¹ the highest branchª of the Cedar.ª

and thou shalt say, Thus saith the Lord; A great eagle with large wings, spreading them out very far, with many claws, which has the design of entering into Lebanon{gr.Libanus}-- and he took the choice [branches] of the cedar:

And say,ª° Thus¹ saithª° ´Áđönäy אֲדֹנָיª Yähwè יָהוֶה;ª A greatª eagleª with greatª wings,ª longwinged,ªª fullª of feathers,ª which¹ had divers colours,ª cameª° unto¹ Lævänôn לְבָנוֹן,ª and tookª°¹ the highest branchª of the cedar:ª
