Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there is no peace; and when one buildeth up a wall, behold, they daub it with untempered [mortar]:

Because,¹ even because¹ they have seducedª°¹ my people,ª saying,ª° Peace;ª and [there was] no¹ peace;ª and one¹ built upª° a wall,ª and, lo,ª others daubedª° it with untemperedª [morter]:

Because,¹ euen because¹ they haue seducedª°¹ my people,ª saying;ª° Peace,ª and [there was] no¹ peace:ª and one¹ built vpª° a wall,ª and loe,ª others dawbedª° it with vntemperedª morter,

Because they have caused my people to err, saying, Peace; and there is no peace; and one builds a wall, and they plaster it,-- it shall fall.
