For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they be yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, none shall return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.

For¹ the sellerª° shall not¹ returnª° to¹ that which is sold,ª although they were yet¹ alive:ª for¹ the visionª [is] touching¹ the whole¹ multitudeª thereof, [which] shall not¹ return;ª° neither¹ shall anyª strengthen²° himself¹ in the iniquityª of his life.ª
