Again, when a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thy hand.

Again,²° When a righteousª [man] doth turnª° from his righteousness,ª¹ and commitª° iniquity,ª and I layª° a stumblingblockª beforeª him, he¹ shall die:ª° because¹ thou hast not¹ given him warning,ª° he shall dieª° in his sin,ª and his righteousnessª which¹ he hath doneª° shall not¹ be remembered;ª° but his bloodª will I requireª° at thine hand.ª¹

Againe,²° when a righteousª man doth turneª° from his righteousnesseª¹ and commitª° iniquity,ª and I layª° a stumbling blockeª beforeª him, he¹ shall die:ª° because¹ thou hast not¹ giuen him warning,ª° he shall dieª° in his sinne,ª and his righteousnesseª which¹ he hath doneª° shal not¹ be remembred:ª° but his bloodª will I requireª° at thine hand.ª¹

And when the righteous turns away from his righteousness, and commits a trespass, and I shall bring punishment before him, he shall die, because thou didst not warn him: he shall even die in his sins, because his righteousness shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
