Therefore now thus saith Jehovah, the God of hosts, the God of Israel: Wherefore commit ye [this] great evil against your own souls, to cut off from you man and woman, infant and suckling, out of the midst of Judah, to leave you none remaining;

Therefore now¹ thus¹ saithª° the LORD,ª the Godª of hosts,ª the Godª of Israel;ª Wherefore¹ commitª° ye¹ [this] greatª evilª against¹ your souls,ª to cut offª° from you manª and woman,ª childª and suckling,ª° out² of¹¹ Judah,ª to leaveª° you none¹ to remain;ª

Therefore now¹ thus¹ saithª° the LORDª the Godª of hostes,ª the Godª of Israel,ª Wherefore¹ commitª° ye¹ [this] greatª euillª against¹ your soules,ª to cut offª° from you manª and woman,ª childeª and sucklingª° out² of¹¹ Iudah,ª to leaueª° you none¹ to remaine.ª

And now thus has the Lord Almighty said, Wherefore do ye commit [these] great evils against your souls? to cut off man and woman of you, infant and suckling from the midst of Judah{gr.Juda}, to the end that not one of you should be left;

Therefore now¹ thus¹ saithª° Yähwè יָהוֶה,ª the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª Xævä´ôŧ צְבָאוֹת,ª the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל;ª Wherefore¹ commitª° ye¹ [this] greatª evilª against¹ your souls,ª to cut offª° from you manª and woman,ª childª and suckling,ª° out² of¹¹ Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה,ª to leaveª° you none¹ to remain;ª
