Then said I unto them, Ye see the evil case that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.

Then saidª° I unto¹ them, Ye¹ seeª° the distressª that¹ we¹ [are] in, how¹ Jerusalemª [lieth] waste,ª and the gatesª thereof are burnedª° with fire:ª come,²°¹ and let us build upª°¹ the wallª of Jerusalem,ª that we be¹ no¹ more¹ a reproach.ª

Then saidª° I vnto¹ them, Yee¹ seeª° the distresseª that¹ we¹ are in, how¹ Ierusalemª lieth waste,ª and the gatesª therof are burntª° with fire:ª come,²°¹ and let vs builde vpª°¹ the wallª of Ierusalem,ª that we be¹ no¹ more¹ a reproch.ª

Then I said to them, Ye see this evil, in which we are, how Jerusalem is desolate, and her gates have been set on fire: come, and let us build throughout the wall of Jerusalem, and we shall be no longer a reproach.
