But a prophet of Jehovah was there, whose name was Oded: and he went out to meet the host that came to Samaria, and said unto them, Behold, because Jehovah, the God of your fathers, was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your hand, and ye have slain them in a rage which hath reached up to heaven.

But a prophetª of the LORDª was¹ there,¹ whose nameª [was] Oded:ª and he went outª° beforeª the hostª that cameª° to Samaria,ª and saidª° unto them, Behold,¹ because the LORDª Godª of your fathersª was wrothª with¹ Judah,ª he hath deliveredª° them into your hand,ª and ye have slainª° them in a rageª [that] reacheth upª° unto¹ heaven.ª

But a prophetª of Yähwè יָהוֶהª was¹ there,¹ whose nameª [was] `Ôđëđ עוֹדֵד:ª and he went outª° beforeª the hostª that cameª° to Šömrôn שֹׁמרוֹן,ª and saidª° unto them, Behold,¹ because Yähwè יָהוֶהª ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִיםª of your fathersª was wrothª with¹ Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה,ª he hath deliveredª° them into your hand,ª and ye have slainª° them in a rageª [that] reacheth upª° unto¹ heaven.ª
