Now therefore thus shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, that thou shouldest be prince over my people Israel:

Now¹ therefore thus¹ shalt thou sayª° unto my servantª David,ª Thus¹ saithª° the LORDª of hosts,ª I¹ tookª° thee from¹ the sheepcote,ª [even] from¹ followingª the sheep,ª that thou shouldest be¹ rulerª over¹ my peopleª Israel:ª

Now¹ therefore thus¹ shalt thou sayª° vnto my seruantª Dauid,ª Thus¹ saithª° the LORDª of hosts,ª I¹ tookeª° thee from¹ the [Sheep] -coat,ª [euen] from¹ folowingª the sheep,ª that thou shouldest be¹ rulerª ouer¹ my peopleª Israel:ª

And now thus shalt thou say to my servant David, Thus saith the Lord Almighty, I took thee from the sheepfold, from following the flocks, to be a ruler over my people Israel:

Now¹ therefore thus¹ shalt thou sayª° unto my servantª Däwiđ דָּוִד,ª Thus¹ saithª° Yähwè יָהוֶהª Xævä´ôŧ צְבָאוֹת,ª I¹ tookª° thee from¹ the sheepcote,ª [even] from¹ followingª the sheep,ª that thou shouldest be¹ rulerª over¹ my peopleª Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל:ª
